 Hi there, It's all over! My 20 year culinary adventure has ended and a fresh challenge beckons. Observe all the hallmarks of your classic full-blown mid-life crisis at 40. I have sold my commercial kitchen, and am now a student and loving it. I'm going to sink my teeth into Building science, specifically sustainable engineering.
